The surgery will close at 1pm on Thursday 13th November for Staff Training and will open at 8am on Friday 14th November 2025.

Contact Us Online

We have a new way in which you can contact us online for any routine enquries.  We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours.  This system is called Patchs.  You can use this system to:

  • Request sick notes.
  • Request letters
  • Submit a query about prescriptions
  • Ask for advice about non urgent medical conditions

Patchs will not be available from Fridays 6pm until Mondays 7.30am
